We took a somewhat unusual approach in selecting someone to sell our home in Greely. We prepared a series of questions and assigned a value to each answer and sent the questionnaire to six different agents. Through this process we selected Monique as the most qualified agent for our requirement. What a great decision!
Monique arranged for a stager and after we had completed “staging” we went to Florida for the winter with the understanding that we would put the house on the market in early March, a month before our return.
After listing, Monique worked very professionally to advertise and show our home.
When we had an offer that was at risk of falling through, with the buyer walking away, Monique, through extra effort on her part, revived the offer and ensured successful closure. Thanks to her we were able to sell our home in a short time period.

Last summer I was buying a house in the Greely-Metcalfe area. I enlisted the services of Monique Vandewint as this was my first time purchasing a home. Monique was very pleasant and professional to work with, and helped me find several potential homes with all the features I wanted that were also within my price range. Monique was always very responsive to my needs, and scheduled home visits to suit my schedule. During our home buying experience, Monique was always there to make sure everything was in order and that we had everything done and ready to go at the right time. It was nice to know that if I ever needed anything done promptly that I could just call her up and it would be done
